The lyrics sang by Mariam was full of expression & her notes were explosive. The strong beat played by the percussionist & the melody by the pianist definitely moved our bodies together with the songs. The constructing of lights when she’s singing did create a marvellous atmosphere. I almost thought that I was in a Concert! Short introduction during her song intervals efficiently let us know more about her.
It's really encouraging to such a promising singer in Singapore. From this, I’ve learnt to appreciate local arts more.
